Embodied Facilitation and Leadership Training
Embodiment is your best resource as a facilitator or leader. We need facilitators who can navigate through the unknown reaches of the unknown by addressing experiences that can’t be thought about but show up in your body. Your body offers wisdom when you come to the limit of thinking things through. It helps you follow your unique path as a facilitator allowing you to use your power effectively.
Embodiment offers a set of skills that allows you to relinquish a static perception of a situation and find unexpected solutions. In this weekend course we will use movement, body feelings, language and creativity to explore the power of embodiment.
