Bi-monthly classes from September until December. The dates are Sept .14, 28,
Oct. 19, Nov. 9, 23, Dec. 7 taught in German and English. It is sometimes perceived that the newer developments in Process Work like Processmind contradict the structural rigour, tools, and attitudes that were developed in the early days. This class is designed to help guide learners in how and when to use different processwork methods. We will find the overlapping fluidity of the structural analysis of the first training and the deep self knowledge of the second training.
In this class you will experience how to use both the old and the new to create a dance essential to improving your effectiveness as a facilitator. We aim to broaden the facilitative repertoire to help you get closer to acting from your deepest self.
We will focus on:
- unbiased awareness and perception as a container for process
- forming process structure hypothesis as a grounding influence
- using signals to deepen our work into the unknown
- recognizing various levels of perception and when to use them
Works in the middle will be to the relevant to the various applications of Processwork in the final exams: inner work, relationship work (conflict, high and low dream, etc.) movement, group process, altered states and addiction, symptom and dream work.
This training course is open to students (as therapists/clients) and to the general public (as clients/observers).

Zusammenweben des ersten und zweiten Trainings in Prozessarbeit
Wie integrieren wir neuere Entwicklungen wie ‘Prozessgeist’ und ‘Tanz der Ältesten’’ in das Training der frühen Jahre, als strukturelle Klarheit und, darauf aufbauend, entsprechende Werkzeuge und Haltungen entwickelt wurden? In dieser Supervisionsgruppe lernen wir, wie sowohl erstes als auch zweites Training essentiell sind, um unsere Wahrnehmung und Effektivität als BeraterInnen und TherapeutInnen zu verbessern.
- Unvoreingenomme Beobachtung als ‘Gefäss’ einen Prozess zu halten
- Ableiten von Prozesshypothesen als Basis unseres Handelns
- Nutzen von Signalen als Weg ins Unbekannte
- Erkennen von verschiedenen Wahrnehmungsebenen und
Sicherheit gewinnen, wann und wie wir sie nutzen
Wir lernen unseren beraterisch-therapeutischen Stil besser zu verstehen und zu erweitern sowie aus unserem tiefsten Selbst heraus zu handeln.
Wir üben Praxis in den (prüfungsrelevanten) Anwendungsgebieten der Prozessarbeit: innere Arbeit, Beziehungen, Bewegung, Gruppenprozesse, veränderte Bewusstseinszustände, Symptom- und Traumarbeit.
