Knowing through your body in supervision
Tuesday evening is the beginning of my class, “knowing through your body in supervision”. It runs for 4 weeks. I’m thrilled to be doing this course after using Action Theater, a form of physical theater improvisation, in the Hogwarts by the Sea workshop in poland this summer. It proved to be a very effective way for students to experience connection, following people, joining them in non-content driven events where communication was deep and rich. Art Project
Water color painting is a delight of color and flow. These are done with the intention of having fun and playing with color and form.
I saw this figure in an earlier painting. It was a hint of arms reaching down to the ground. Some people see someone down needing to come up while others see reverence and inner attention.

Move to Switzerland
For the past month Joe and I have been contemplating, meditating, looking inside, outside, up, down and around to see if we should follow an opportunity to move to Switzerland. There are so many pros and cons it has left my head spinning. So we applied for a work visa and it looks like we will get it. There are a couple of more steps to go before it is finalized but if it does come through we will follow that direction and move about mid October. Read more ›

Performance on depression
Performance is a way of exploring layers of experience that are not obvious to your everyday mind. That which can be explained in the Taoist tradition is the Tao that can be said, experience that can be talked about. The same realm as the everyday mind.
