Movement as a Path to Wholeness In London
Module 1
Decoding Your Own Natural Movement:
Processwork and Movement Work Concepts
13 - 16 March 2025 (4 days in person)
Venue: WAC Arts
Old Town Hall, 213 Haverstock Hill, Belsize Park, London NW3 4QP
This module can be taken as a stand-alone seminar / or as the first module
of the whole course.
In our first 4 day seminar we look forward to coming together as a group, meeting
each other and exploring. This module (which is also a stand-alone seminar) is
an opportunity to experience Processwork with an emphasis on movement and
how it relates to our inner and outer worlds. We will use techniques that are
aligned with following nature and the dreaming process. We will delve into and
explore the language of movement along with an introduction to the
Laban/Bartenieff movement system, to help us navigate this familiar but often
unexplored world.
We will use our awareness and creative experiences to explore our own natural
movement and how less known aspects of it give you access to emerging parts
of ourselves. This is an exciting and expansive journey that involves working with
our comfort and discomfort.
When we are more connected with the language of our bodies we are in a better
place to stay in tune with our deeper nature. We will also learn how to integrate
what we discover into our personal and professional lives.
We are looking forward to meeting you and starting our course together.
This module can be taken as a stand alone 4-day seminar and it is also the first
module in our Annual Course.
Full Fee for the first seminar: £425
